Of 250 accepted paper proposals, 163 papers were submitted by authors from 51 countries as well as from many international organizations such as the United Nations, the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank, the Asian Development Bank, etc. A major feature of the 4th IPPC is that all papers were reviewed by at least three peer reviewers.
The Scientific Committee recommended accepting 152 papers. All authors have received reviewers’ constructive comments for their paper revisions.
We expect to have at least 450 participants. Conference registrations and hotel reservations are available at www.ippc2010.kr. A reduced registration fee is for those who register by June 31. By June 3, over 100 procurement professionals and policy makers from many countries have already registered.
