NewsThe paper proposal submission deadline has passed and we have received over 250 proposals from over 70 countries, and international organizations, including the World Bank, United Nations, Inter-Aemrican Development Bank, etc. The full paper submission deadline is March 31, 2010. THE 4th CONFERENCE
A Success
The 4th International Public Procurement Conference was held in Seoul, South Korea, August 26-28, 2010. There were over 400 registered participants from 59 countries; 165 accepted papers, and 45 parallel sessions cover a variety of themes, from e-procurement, sustainable procurement, to public procurement professionalization and professionalism. The 4th IPPC broke all past records, in terms of number of conference registrants, number of submitted papers and particularly how marvelously the conference was organized.

IPPC is lunching a New Journal
The first issue of the International Journal of Public Procurement (Print: ISSN 1949-2332; Online: ISSN 1949-2340) will be published in March 2011. According to our publication plan, the journal will have two issues annually; then three issues annually, in its 3rd and 4th years. Starting with Volume 5, the journal will be published quarterly.
