Tentative Dates: November 3-5, 2026

The 10th International Public Procurement Conference (IPPC10) Committee is accepting proposals to host IPPC10 with tentative schedule dates November 3-5, 2026.  In order to reflect truly its international aspect, our international public procurement conferences were rotating among continents.

Based on the number of participants in the past, we expect 200-250 participants at IPPC10. As IPPC is an informal network of public procurement practitioners, researchers, and university professors and doctoral students, each conference is financed conference participants’ registration fees and moderate sponsorships from a variety of organizations. The registration fee is $400 so that public procurement professionals can afford it.

Bidder Selection Criteria:

There are several criteria for our IPPC Committee's decision, including the following:

  • Hotel rates (participants may not be able to pay high rates),
  • Conference venue: Convenient flight connections,
  • Tourist attraction,
  • Possible local finance support for receptions,
  • conference rooms: A large room for about 200-250 attendants for an opening session (about 45 minutes), and one or two plenary sessions (for keynote speakers),
  • 3-5 small rooms for concurrent panels or sessions for about 40 participants
  • Computers and overhead projectors for each room, and
  • Staff for registration desk.

Financial Responsibilities:

The IPPC network gets $75 per each registration fee for its modest operation costs including website management fees, credit card registration fee of 3%. The remaining revenues are used for the program schedule’s printing cost, for the costs of five coffee breaks, and a reception dinner (whose cost shall be based on revenues). Normally, past conference hosts got sponsorships from local, agencies or organization for a first day reception cocktail.

Proposal Submission Deadline: July 10, 2025.
